I help adults connect to their creative potential so they can care for themselves and create the life that they truly desire.
I incorporate arts-based approaches, imagery work, and trauma healing within a supportive and secure counseling relationship to help you slow down, connect with your creativity, and overcome obstacles to thriving.

Let’s Dive In!
MUSIC PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSIONS
Creative, immersive psychotherapy sessions using music, imagery, and somatic awareness to help you process emotions, discover hidden strengths, and overcome past traumas. Sessions include Music Listening, Guided Imagery and Music (GIM), and Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) within a depth-oriented psychotherapy framework
My Approach Goes Beyond Traditional Talk Therapy
I USE MUSIC, IMAGERY, AND BODY-BASED AWARENESS TO HELP PEOPLE GO BEYOND WORDS—INTO THE DEEPER LAYERS OF THEIR EMOTIONAL WORLD.
In this space, clients can connect with their inner imagery, regulate their nervous system, and access powerful unconscious material that often lives beneath the surface. These experiences invite profound emotional shifts that are felt—not just understood.
At the same time, I draw from psychoanalytic and depth-oriented principles to create room for reflection, insight, and integration. Together, we explore the meanings that arise, weaving them into a fuller, more cohesive sense of self.
This combination of deep experiential work and thoughtful reflection supports lasting transformation. Clients often find they become more resilient, more connected to their truth, and better able to move through life with clarity, creativity, and confidence.

Music as the Core of Therapy
I use a method called Guided Imagery and Music (GIM), where music isn’t just background—it plays a leading role in the therapy process. Music helps people connect with deep emotions, process difficult experiences, and explore parts of themselves that may be hard to reach through words alone.
INTEGRATING THINKING & FEELING
Some therapies focus on feeling emotions, while others focus on thinking about them. I bring both together. Using music, body awareness, and reflection, I help clients feel their emotions fully and also understand them in a way that leads to growth and healing.
EXPLORING EXPANDED STATES OF AWARENESS
I support people in exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness—such as those brought on by music, deep meditation, dreamwork, or psychedelic experiences. I offer a safe, grounded space to help people make sense of these powerful states and use them for healing and insight.
A DEPTH-ORIENTED APPROACH
My work is rooted in depth psychology and psychoanalytic thinking, which means we explore the deeper emotional patterns, inner stories, and relationship dynamics that shape your life. This helps clients gain awareness and make meaningful change.
TURNING INSIGHT INTO LASTING CHANGE
Having a powerful experience is just the beginning. What matters is how you understand, integrate, and grow from it. I help clients take what they discover in therapy and apply it to their everyday lives in ways that feel real and lasting.
